'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Romano family in 1985, our little pizza place began as a quaint venture with long-cherished family recipes.
Marco Romano, our pioneer, mastered the pizza craft while exploring Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza experts. After returning to the UK, she set out to replicate the classic Italian pizza experience, sticking to old-world techniques and top-tier elements.
Our original 12-seat eatery has expanded to become a neighborhood favorite, yet our pledge to premium and authenticity is unshaken. We adhere to classic wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and select the best possible components.
'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' continues to be under family ownership, with the Romano's next generation now guiding our devoted crew. Even though we've integrated modern touches, the core of our operation is unchanged: forging delightful, genuine pizza that unites people.
